John Falvey has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and development in the Louisville area for
over twenty five years. He has extensive experience in the sales, leasing and development of
office, retail and land properties.  John  is a Licensed Broker in Kentucky, Indiana and North Carolina. 
He is a graduate of Xavier University and has a Master's Degree from Webster College.

With a strong background and impressive list of clients, John started his own commercial
brokerage company, FALVEY COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES, LTD. in April 1993.
 Building upon long standing relationships with Tenants and Developer/Owners,
Falvey Commercial Properties strives to meet the individual needs of its clientele.

Dotty Sparrow

Dotty began her commercial real estate career with Falvey Commercial Properties in 1994 after
5 successful years in residential sales.

Dotty's real estate experience includes representation of national and local clients, advising

Landlords and Tenants in all types of leases, and  meeting the needs of Owners and Developers

in the acquisition, development and sale of property.

Dotty is licensed in Kentucky and Tennessee, and is a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. 
Dotty and her husband, Sheriff Steve Sparrow have 5 children and are

extremely active in the Oldham County community. 

Dean Wells - CCIM

Dean joined Falvey Commercial Properties, Ltd. in 2004 to pursue a career in
commercial real estate.  He is a member of the Louisville Board of Realtors and a
Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM).
 

Dean earned a business degree from the University of Kentucky in 1992 and was selected
captain of the Wildcat football program his senior year.  Upon graduation, he was drafted by the
Seattle Seahawks and spent 9 years in the National Football League with the Seahawks and
Carolina Panthers.  He believes that the work ethic which allowed him to obtain success at
football's highest level will carry over to achievements in commercial real estate.  He is dedicated to
serving his clients' needs with great attention to detail and professional commitment.
